Your Mission
As the Head of Digital Marketing, you will play a pivotal role in Faceland’s rapid international expansion. You are responsible for professionalising and scaling our digital marketing efforts across all our markets (NL, BE, DE, CH, IT), improving online performance end-to-end, and contributing directly to our growth targets. In this role, you operate as a strategic sparring partner for the CMO, interact independently with the Executive Committee and our Private Equity partner, and help shape the future of our marketing organisation.
- Lead and professionalise Faceland’s digital marketing across all active markets (NL, BE, DE, CH, IT).
- Improve ROAS across online channels by setting up the right data intelligence, dashboards, KPIs and optimisation cycles.
- Manage relationships with key online advertising platforms and digital partners.
- Improve website performance by strengthening UEx, site structure and the full digital customer journey.
- Enhance SEO performance across all search channels (technical, on-page, off-page).
- Develop, manage and scale digital acquisition campaigns (SEA, paid social, display, retargeting).
- Build and continuously refine a strong performance marketing framework.
- Help shape and develop the marketing team, supporting their growth, structure and professionalism.
- Collaborate with local and cross functional teams to support consistent operational excellence.
- Interact independently with the executive team and the Private Equity partner to report on performance, opportunities and risks.
- Act as a key sparring partner for the CMO and translate business priorities into digital impact.
